(More customer reviews)This device comes with software that barely gets you the ability to play hds and Blues. It's okay, but no dolby surround. They offer an "upgrade" to make it a complete player for $100. So really, this device costs about $100 more than it says it does, if you want a complete product. I'll get the software I need, but there's no way I'm paying them $100. "WIN DVD9 plus blue ray", looks to be a better product than the one they push. It still costs about $100 though.
