The Diatessaron preserves one of the earliest translations of the Gospels. However, Tatian did more than just translate them, he also produced the first "Harmony" of the Gospels by placing all the material in chronological order without repetition. For the first 200 years or so, this was more popular than the Gospels themselves.
This version is not a great scholarly work, it simply reproduces the text with very minor modifications of a public domain translation. It says nothing of its sources and is quite uncritical. Despite this, the print is good and binding solid.

The Diatessaron (c 150 - 160) is the most prominent Gospel harmony created by Tatian, an early Christian apologist and ascetic. The term "diatessaron" is from Middle English ("interval of a fourth") by way of Latin, diatessaron ("made of four [ingredients]"), and ultimately Greek, diatessaron ("out of four"; i.e., dia, "according to" and tessaron [genitive of tessares], "four"). Tatian combined the four gospels - Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John - into a single narrative.
