It provided exactly what I was looking for that no other resource could offer. I highly recommend this book if you are looking to establish solid processes that have been tested in fortune 500 organizations and many others including my company. We just implemented the talent review process with our CXO team and it went superbly. They advocated the process and we are continuing the process at multiple levels down in the organization.
