It is a group that is now dominating social and political agendas in the US, UK and Australia. The phenomenon has been identified by other writers and thinkers such as Robert Reich.
It is an interesting book, but the analysis seems to be a little weak in providing an empirical base and then showing how conclusions were drawn from the data.
Quote often, we get fascinating glimpses, but the authors do not provide the data or the analysis to convince the reader.
